¹ Contained alternate lyrics.
² Unfinished.
During Wilson, Trey said he repeated a verse because he was extra excited his friend Rog (Roger Holloway) was in attendance. My Mind's Got a Mind of its Own was last played on December 28, 2010 (109 shows). Prior to the start of the second set, Trey was given a Red Sox jersey (with "Phish" and "13" on the back) and draped it from Page's piano. Waves was preceded by a "Charge!" tease by Page. DWD was unfinished. Ghost contained alternate lyrics.
It’s so stupendous, living in this tube
Bustouts and debuts are Phish.net’s gap on the row. Version rankings and “hot this year” are counted over the shows in THIS archive — not all of history until the backfill finishes — and lengths are phish.in’s timings. Rarities use Phish.net’s all-time play count; long odds are shows played since the song’s debut divided by its plays (see the rarity index on LizardStats).

Straight off the phish.in timings, longest first. What this can’t tell you yet is whether any of these is a big version — that needs each song’s own history to compare against, which is the next thing to pull in. After that: phish.in publishes a jam-start marker per track, so the composed section and the improvisation can be separated and measured properly. That’s what belongs in this tube.
