¹ Trey sang verses through megaphone.
² Without microphones.
³ Simpsons signal.
⁴ Debut; Fish on acoustic guitar.
Suzy included Jimmy Olsen’s Blues teases (with a lone lyric from Trey) and Reba and YEM included Eleanor Rigby teases. Trey sang the verses of Fee through a megaphone. Before Antelope, Trey explained the concept of the Big Ball Jam to the crowd. Antelope contained several Bathtub Gin teases, a Jean Pierre tease, and a Simpsons signal. Trey teased Can't You Hear Me Knocking and Fire (Ohio Players) in Tweezer. This show marked the debut of Faht, which featured Fish on acoustic guitar.
It’s so stupendous, living in this tube
Bustouts and debuts are Phish.net’s gap on the row. Version rankings and “hot this year” are counted over the shows in THIS archive — not all of history until the backfill finishes — and lengths are phish.in’s timings. Rarities use Phish.net’s all-time play count; long odds are shows played since the song’s debut divided by its plays (see the rarity index on LizardStats).

Straight off the phish.in timings, longest first. What this can’t tell you yet is whether any of these is a big version — that needs each song’s own history to compare against, which is the next thing to pull in. After that: phish.in publishes a jam-start marker per track, so the composed section and the improvisation can be separated and measured properly. That’s what belongs in this tube.
